Abstract

Cet article vise à étudier l’impact de l’intelligence artificielle (IA) sur la gestion des ressources humaines (GRH) dans les entreprises marocaines. L’étude examine comment l’IA transforme divers aspects de la GRH. Les entreprises marocaines adoptent progressivement des technologies d’IA pour automatiser les tâches administratives, analyser les données des employés et améliorer la prise de décision. L’article explore également les défis et les opportunités liés à l’intégration de l’IA dans la GRH, y compris la résistance au changement, la nécessité de former les employés à l’utilisation des nouvelles technologies, ainsi que les avantages potentiels en termes de gain de temps et d’efficacité. Les résultats montrent que l’IA impacte positivement la fonction GRH des entreprises marocaines. Cependant, une mise en œuvre réussie nécessite une adaptation culturelle et organisationnelle significative.
