Abstract

This article explores how digital heritage is valorized by examining lessons learned from studies conducted in different countries around the world. Through an extensive review of experiences from ten prominent cities in neighboring countries, including Paris, Lisbon, and Barcelona, this research attempts to extract best practices and key learnings. Methodologically, the study adopts a rigorous approach, analyzing each case study in-depth and discussions with experts from various fields such as urban planning, architecture, and landscape design. The collaborative discussions have provided valuable insights and have resulted in actionable recommendations customized for the unique context of Casablanca. Abstract

The objective of our study is to examine the impact of contingency factors and the COVID-19 crisis on the adoption of information systems, as well as to assess the level of user acceptance of ICT. We conducted our quantitative research based on the distribution of a questionnaire as a data collection tool and used SPSS software for testing and verifying research hypotheses. The results highlight the influence of contingency factors and the COVID-19 crisis on the adoption of information systems. They also demonstrate the impact of perceived usefulness and ease of use on the frequency of information systems usage. A larger sample size could further elucidate the contributions and limitations of our findings.

Abstract

In recent years, banks have been undergoing continuous changes in their business models, notably the digitization of their services, which has given rise to another digital opportunity, collaborative innovation. Collaborative innovation is defined as the involvement of multiple internal and external stakeholders with the aim of creating a common innovative project. Banks are increasingly turning to collaborative innovation to create innovative business models based on external-internal partnership approaches in order to better understand and meet customer needs. This collaborative innovation encompasses various participation platforms, which we will detail in the course of our article, also addressing their role in the development of the banking sector. Our study aims to explore the concept of collaborative innovation based on a literature review to understand the opportunities of collaborative innovation and compare the viewpoints of various authors, leading us to identify participatory innovation platforms and the contributions of internal and external collaborators to innovation. Our analysis method will be based on a benchmark study between national and international practices to determine the most adoptable market for collaborative innovation.

Abstract

The strategic importance of digital transformation (DT) has become a crucial element at the heart of our research. Indeed, DT enables the enhancement of an organization's performance. Researchers in information technology management have long explored the relationship between digital transformation and organizational performance, yielding numerous findings. This study aims to develop the idea that digital transformation can serve as a cornerstone for organizational performance through a concrete investigation into public organizations in Casablanca. To address our research question, we relied on a theoretical framework that formed the primary basis for our hypothesis, which was tested to verify its validity. This led us to prioritize the hypothetico-abductive method. We conducted a qualitative study involving three organizations from three different public services.
